Flat Roof Outlet Calculator
The Alumasc flat roof calculator is designed to allow the user to decide which Alumasc Harmer flat roof outlets to use for a specific roof area. The user selects the roof gradient from two options, then simply enters the width and length of the roof. The next step is to select a location from the map, and then enter the number of proposed outlets. Pressing the calculate button then shows a list of outlets available, starting with the smallest.
If you have an area for the roof rather than a length and width, or if you have an additional area of roof draining onto the roof, simply click the 'lock area' button, and enter the total drainable area.
The Alumasc Drainage gutter calculator allows the user to choose from a range Alumasc eaves gutter profiles with sufficient capacity for specific roof areas. The user selects roof type, either gable, or hip roof. (With the hip roof option it is assumed that the gutter runs all the way round the building). Next enter the length, width and height of the roof (see diagram), select a location form the map, enter the proposed number of outlets and click calculate. For gable roofs, with one or two outlets, the option of end outlets can be selected if required. The available gutters in each Alumasc range are displayed by selecting the range from the pull down box.
If you have an area for the roof rather than a length and width, or if you have an additional area of roof draining onto the roof, simply click the 'lock area' button, and enter the total drainable area.
